4. Course Access

Access is granted based on the subscription plan you select (Monthly or Yearly). 5. Payments and Billing
- Monthly Subscription: You will be billed $27 per month. Payments are recurring and will be automatically charged to your payment method on the same date each month.
- Yearly Subscription: You will be billed $147 annually, which is equivalent to $12.25 per month. Payments are recurring and will be automatically charged to your payment method on the same date each year.
- 7-Day Free Trial: New members are eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. If you cancel:
- Monthly Subscription: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next month.
- Yearly Subscription: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next year.
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

All content provided in The Guitar Academy, including but not limited to lessons, tabs, backing tracks, and videos, is the intellectual property of Matt Wheeler and The Guitar Academy. You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of the content is strictly prohibited.
